The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the Prime Cut Argentine Ribeye Steak. It was absolutely delicious and easily the standout among the seven items we ordered. It worked perfectly on its own with just a light drizzle of salt, though the Chimichurri complemented it nicely as well; of course, that comes down to personal preference. I wasn’t particularly taken by the Mushroom or Peppercorn sauces, so I chose to enjoy the steak without them to fully appreciate its natural flavour; and it certainly held its own. The Wood-Roasted Bone Marrow is definitely an acquired taste, but one worth trying. I personally enjoyed it, especially when paired with the bread provided. The Chargrilled Buffalo Wings, however, were slightly underwhelming. I expected a stronger flavour, but they lacked that “Wow” factor; especially when compared to other, even less premium establishments. This is one area that could benefit from improvement, particularly in developing flavour beyond just the outer coating. Overall, it was a great experience. We came from Leicester and I had quite high standards as we are lucky enough to have brilliant steak restaurants in our home city. Karv hit the spot, the service was fabulous it was quick yet the food was piping hot. The waiters/waitresses were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the bone marrow, a rib eye steak, fillet steak and two mocktails. The steaks were cooked perfectly , the portions of the sides were generous and the mash was 10/10. I’d definitely recommend coming here. It’s not ‘boujee’ but if you appreciate good food you will enjoy it.
